Fiverr is the world’s largest online marketplace where skilled professionals (freelancers ) offer their services.
All the freelancers who offer their services are called “Sellers” on Fiverr, and the individuals (like you and me) or companies who take their services are called “Buyers” on Fiverr.
The name “Fiverr” originally came from the 5$ ( Five dollar work ). Most of the services on Fiverr start from 5$ only.
If you convert it into Indian currency, it is around 400 rupees. In short, you will get all your work done for about 500 rupees only.(Excluding tax)
There are sellers and buyers worldwide on Fiverr, which is trusted by billions of people and companies. Fiverr is operating in 160+ countries.
Therefore you need not worry about the payment and quality of the services.
If you don’t approve the work, the seller will not get the fees. You can also ask for a revision or refund if you are not satisfied with the service.
On the other hand, you will never get a guarantee, refund, or revisions if you hire any local individuals.
If you are satisfied, you can approve the job, and then Fiverr will release the payment to the seller. You can also leave a review on the seller if you wish.
I have hired freelancers from Fiverr many times, and I am delighted to get my job done by professionals at the lowest cost and quickest time.

Step by step guide on hiring freelancers from Fiverr for any tuition related work or activities
Registering on Fiverr as a buyer
Signup on to Fiverr with your email by using this link, and you will reach the Fiverr homepage as mentioned below.
Please click on “Join.”
If you wait for some time without clicking on the “join” button, a popup will come like this,
This is also the same process. You can join by Facebook, Gmail, or Apple ID, but I recommend joining with Gmail ID.
Click on “Continue with Google,” and Fiverr will direct you to the following screen.
Once you submit your Gmail and password, it will ask you to create your username.
You can choose any username according to your choice. If you don’t want to show your identity, you can give any random name and proceed.
(Please note down the username or remember it as you may need it if you forget your email id.)
Click on the “Join” button, and you will see the screen below.
Please pay attention that Fiverr asks you to verify your email to activate your account.
Open your Gmail account where Fiverr sent you a verification link. (Similar to below)
Open the email id and click on the button “start Exploring,” and your email ID will be verified successfully.
Now you can log in with your email id and password. Once you log in, you will see a page as per below.
You will see many digital services like,

- Business

And many more.
(Note: You might see the prices in USD or INR. You can change the currency by going into the settings tab anytime. Both are equal when you proceed with payment. It will automatically get converted to local currency. So please don’t get confused with currency. 5$ = 408 Indian rupees (for the date I have written this article))
If you take your mouse cursor on any of the services, you will find many categories under the main service category.
For example, if I hover my mouse on Graphic & Design, Fiverr will show me the available service categories.
Below is the screenshot of the same for your reference.
You can select any main category and explore subcategories for specific services.
Now, As we want to hire a designer for a pamphlet or flyer design, we will search for the relevant services.
You can go through the Graphic and Design section or directly search in the search bar.
I will search directly in the search bar for pamphlet design and I got a list of many sellers(freelance designers) to select from as per the below screen.
I have shown it with an arrow mark.
After that, I have given the numbers from 1 to 6 to explain what that actually means.
Total 242 sellers are providing “pamphlet design” services. (this number can increase or decrease also.) In reality, many sellers are providing pamphlet design services, but we have got only 242 sellers because they have exclusively mentioned “pamphlet design” in their services.
Important information: All the services on Fiverr is known as “gig.” The simple meaning of “gigs” is small tasks.
Now let me explain to you what are the filters (Number 1 to 6) and how to use them.
The first number is 1, and it is the category of the services.
You can choose a specific category.
The second is the Service option filter.
Service options will vary from service to service. Here in our case, as we are looking for the pamphlet design, the service option will be as follows,
- Format of the pamphlet
- Front and back design
- Ready to print file etc.
The third option is Seller details.
We don’t want to spend more than 5$ by taking services from top-rated sellers.
I also go with new sellers because they need the work and will do their best to satisfy you with their quality work at the lowest fees.
Fiverr has a system of rating the sellers. Based on the completed work, overall customer ratings, and many other factors, Fiverr gives ratings to the sellers like level 1 seller, level 2 seller, Top rates seller, etc.
You can choose any, but I recommend you to go with new sellers or level 1 sellers only.
The seller can also be filtered by what languages they speak. ( Remember, you never have to talk with any seller directly, only chat is available on the Fiverr platform that I will discuss soon.)
You can choose the country of the seller if you wish.
The fourth option is Budget. This is most important.
There is an option for your Budget. You can see two options, min & max. In the max tab, type 5 and enter apply.
Now you will see all the available sellers as per your filter, offering pamphlet designs for 5$.
I have put the filter on category and Budget of 5$, and I got the screen as per below.
Now you can scroll down and choose the seller with the price of 5$ or 408 INR, and you will see many sellers offering pamphlet designs at 408 rupees or 5$.
Tips: Always select the seller who has at least more than 10 reviews, and the average rating is at least 4.9 stars.

Now click on the seller profile, and it will open in a new window tab like this.
You can read all details of the seller on this page, like Service description, packages, reviews, and more.
If you like the seller, you can directly click on the “continue (408)” button, or if you want to know anything before placing an order, you can chat with the seller when you click on “Contact seller.”
Once you click on “Contact seller,” a popup window will open like this.
You can send a message to the seller as a normal chat. If the seller is online at that time, they will reply to you instantly. However, most sellers reply as soon as possible.
Chat with them, know everything, ask for their sample work, and if you are satisfied, you can place an order. The seller can also send you a custom order request if you want them to do an additional task. Just accept the offer, make payment, and the seller will start working.
Important: Once you make a payment, the payment will not go directly to the seller’s account. The Fiverr will only release the payment to the seller when the seller completes the work, send it to you, and you approve and mark it as complete.
If the seller doesn’t deliver on time, they will not get any payment, and you will get a 100% refund.
The payment gateway is highly secure and trusted by millions of buyers.
After placing an order, Fiverr will also send you every detail by email.
You can also track your order progress in the “orders” tab.
You will get the pamphlet designed by the seller on Fiverr itself, where you can download it and save it to your computer or laptop and get it printed at your convenience.
Fiverr has an App on Google Play, that you can download after creating your Fiverr account with gmail ID and do all the tasks on mobile itself.
I don’t find any better way to assign such tasks to the Fiverr freelancers to save my time and money.
